James was extremely knowledgable of the area, I met him at a home open in the same suburb and he recommended to come around and check out another house out that I eventually bought. Great communicator and was very honest and realistic with my offers. James gave me comparative properties from recent sales and also made me aware of the land value of surrounding suburbs. Post sale, James was more than helpful with all the other documents and checklists required to complete the formal side of things.
