Buying a home can be a stressful experience, but James made everything much smoother by keeping us informed every step of the way. This was the worst communication and service experience I have had with a real estate agent. Throughout the process, I felt that there was very little responsibility or genuine care shown toward the seller. When serious concerns regarding the property were raised, the responses were dismissive, defensive, and responsibility was repeatedly pushed elsewhere rather than properly addressed. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability and professionalism after these issues were brought forward. Instead of trying to resolve the concerns in a respectful and responsible manner, the communication made the situation even more stressful and frustrating for our family. I trusted the agent to manage and care for the property professionally during the campaign period, however my experience fell far below expectations. Due to the seriousness of the matter, I have since lodged a formal complaint with NSW Fair Trading and am currently awaiting the outcome.

I would recommend Ray White as an option if you are thinking of buying or selling a house. From our very first meeting to the final signature, the entire process was seamless. They didn’t just manage the transaction; they anticipated every hurdle before it even appeared. If you're looking for an agency that treats your move as its top priority, this is the one.

James was extremely honest and provided updates on what was happening regarding Open House visits and interested visitors. Unfortunately, due to my personal commitments during January 2026, James was subjected to a very short Sales Regime, and able to only have my townhouse on the market for two weeks, he worked extremely hard to meet his commitments and I am thankful to James for that. Unfortunately for James, there was only one interested party at the Auction, and we didn't manage to reach the reserve price of $1.2Million. I was contacted by James and Michael (the Auctioneer) to see if I would accept the offer. I did accept the offer at the time; however it was on the proviso that the settlement time be reduced to the original agreement of 28 days, Unfortunately that was not agreed to.

James is an informative and honest agent, and always guided us in the right direction. He helped us secure a great property that suited our circumstances. He kept in touch throughout the whole process and always had a positive attitude. We felt supported every step of the way and happy with the purchase of our townhouse. Thanks James!

James was very helpful in selling my property. He works hard & lets me know what is happening especially after open house he would let me know straight away how it went. Even the work that had to be done the people he referred me to were very good even working on the weekends to get my place in order. James may seem very persistent beforehand but in the end I had excellent results in seeking my property.
