No nonsense thoughtful approach to sale of difficult property

James Laing provided thoughtful advice concerning my property which needed extensive repairs to be lettable. He provided options to repair, probable cost and probable rental return. He also provided options to sell (auction or private treaty) and estimate of probable price. Given that the property was difficult for more than one party to access it was decided to have sale by private treaty. He showed the property to a number of potential buyers and kept me fully informed of the thinking of prospective purchasers. In the end the property was sold within 7 weeks with a minimum of fuss.
