Ben & James have been honest from the outset of a very difficult & emotional decision to sell a much loved apartment. I immediately valued the expertise, straightforward approach and down to earth nature of the team. It’s quite rare to find agents that have your best interest at heart too. This was obvious from the honest conversations from the beginning. There was ongoing, open communication about market, continued feedback and it felt like a real partnership.
