Rating James is a little difficult as our purchase happened within the short period of a week - cannot fault him - he was there just as we needed a solution to our property search - allowed us immediate viewing of property and was always available to discuss the ins and outs of placing an offer and then all the finer details of the actual purchase - so he probably is worth a 5 star but we just didn't get a chance to really get to know him and his operation - just too damn good at his job!

We are buyers of the property. James has been totally professional & co-operative. Nothing seems to have been too much trouble. We would use James & Century 21 if & when the time comes to sell.
