Upon arrival to 24 coral avenue we were greeted buy James and his real person skill were what made the buying of the property easier . James was great to work with on the sale of this property , prompt , returns all calls , easy to contact , didn't try and force a sale , asked the right questions , had the right information on the property . But being a real person was what worked for our sale. James didn't try and pressure the sale but sold the property buy being just a nice person
