I’ve dealt with James Levy for many years as both a buyer and a seller. James has an excellent track record in the areas around St Ives. I find selling property can be quite stressful and at times it’s easy to take it out on the Agent but I’ve found at all times James is very professional and knows how to deal with it. Again it’s not always easy to accept that when selling there can be a large discrepancy between a buyers expectations and a sellers expectations but again I’ve never felt pressured by James to accept a lower offer and he will give you good feedback to make an informed decision and as much support as you need. It’s a tough job as most people are very sceptical of Real Estate Agents but I would have no hesitation in recommending James for his honesty, integrity and professionalism.
