We met James and Andrew onsite early this year. After having a look through the property, we had a lengthy chat with them about our intention to develop the property. They were both very informative and it was clear they had excellent knowledge of the local area. Approximately ten days after meeting them, we had an executed contract with the Seller. We were in contact with James and Andrew a few days after settlement, to discuss issues such as finishes, colours, inclusions and prices in the development we intend to construct. Once again, they were very obliging. We will continue to engage with them throughout the entire development process, and will be engaging them to sell the townhomes.
