We selected James after speaking to a number of agents. James worked tirelessly to promote my heritage listed forest and house site property. He spent a lot of time contacting various Government Departments in order to answer potential buyers questions, of which there were many as this was a unique property. He braved the cold and wet weather to show buyers the property on multiple occasions during one of the the wettest Septembers in years. James eventually found a a conservation minded buyer which was my wish from the start. An excellent job.
