From the first time James came to our house, he was excited. We got Enrich through 12 months before we actually went to market as we were deciding whether to sell or stay. The estimated value was way above other agents we got in, and we got the price! We went live about 10am, had an inspection that afternoon, and a written offer by 8.30pm the same day!
