After a pain in the bum tenant broke their lease early, we decided it was a good opportunity to sell the property. We live in Nth Qld and are extremely busy running our businesses. I was able to call James and get the ball rolling the day the tenant moved out. He arranged everything including a stylist to stage the house. James came up with a marketing strategy and we spoke about a target price. James did all of the negotiations and smashed our target price. The new owners were keen for a quick settlement, the property settled on time. It was a relief that it all went so smoothly being 1700kms away. I will be using James next time I have a property to sell.
