We came across James when our neighbour's house sold. As agents do, he reached out to houses in the area including us. We had shopped around and in the end what we decided we wanted was a market aware agent hungry for our business, who wasn't jaded or presumptuous and was prepared to stretch reasonably - who would call things straight as they are.
