Fantastic experience, would definitely recommend

We met James at an open for inspection for a property that wasn’t right at all for us. He took the time to chat to us and then suggested a couple of other properties he had available which he thought might suit us more. One of them wasn’t on the market but he arranged a private inspection for us and we loved the home and went on to buy it. James is a great communicator, really listens to what it is you’re looking for and makes recommendations based on that. He also responds quickly to any queries. He was fantastic with liaising with the seller for us as we wanted to buy some garden items from them and with facilitating our pre settlement inspection during COVID. Clear he’s very knowledgeable about the market in mount Eliza and has a good mix of properties. If you’re looking to buy or sell would definitely recommend getting in touch with him.
