The circumstances meant that the agent had to get involved in a lot of preparatory work (over 12 months) before we even decided to sell the property. This involved arranging providers to complete anticipated repair work and confirm these. In the sale period, both agents (James and Vanessa) have kept us in the loop and explained progress. Potential buyers have been given access to the property outside of normal open houses-which has helped maintain their interest. I have appreciated the advice given on presentation of the property.
