James ensured that the property sale went smoothly and it sold quickly. His assistance was invaluable.
James was a genuine pleasure to deal with, as first time home sellers he made the whole process a breeze. As a local he referred us to all the right people we needed to utilise. His demeanour, effort and communication was incredible to get our house under contract within a 3 week time frame. James has even been assisting us with buying our next property. If you plan to sell in the Ballarat region. Go number 1 James Montano.
James Montano was an absolute pleasure to work with, James’s knowledge on all things real estate was second to none. Although James was very professional in his work he was also down to earth and a pleasure to get on with. I would highly recommend James to anyone buying and/or selling a property.
Great to work with. Super knowledgeable and helpful
He gave great insight into the current market. Gave an honest and realistic appraisal of our home, and gave timely feedback with all the applicants going through our property. Fantastic communication through the entire process. Would highly recommend working with James.
Clear communicator, helping myself and my fiancé through the process as first home buyers. Helped to achieve a fair negotiation and terms.
James was professional and exceptional in his advice, knowledge and in showing potential buyers through our home. We are happy with the outcome of the sale.
