James was very helpful in the pre-sale period. He sourced trades for us at a time when they were difficult to find. His suggestions with regards to the presentation of the home were spot on. He was the most optimistic of all the agents we asked an evaluation from and we were very happy with the final result. He's a straight talker too. He had a genuine interest in getting us the best outcome.
