We had very high expectations $$ and he achieved this in an extremely volatile time in the housing market, when less than half the homes haven't sold at auction and we had many offers but he achieved the the price we needed in only 11 days on the market. We found James easy to work with and on the ball with all aspects of the marketing including being advised on what not to spend money on as it wouldn't increase the value of the property and the money would be better left in our pockets.
