As a third-generation property developer and co-owner of NIECON, James is a visionary leader and the driving force behind the company's sales, property management and brand and marketing strategies. A natural-born creative, James has a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects and building brands that are poised for the future. He honed his expertise at Bond University, where he studied Property and Sustainable Development with a major in Urban Development.
Since joining Niecon, James has focused on Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Asset Management. Today, he oversees the sales, marketing, and asset management operations of the company’s projects, working tirelessly to cement Niecon Developments' reputation as one of Queensland's most trusted developers. James is dedicated to creating customer-focused experiences by leveraging technology to meet and exceed the expectations, demands, and requirements of purchasers, owners, and investors alike.
