I want to thank James and his Team on this public platform. I did not think it possible but James was able to facilitate the difficult transition from selling my home in Ipswich to buying my new home in Toowoomba in the most remarkable way. James and his team were very communicative in the most positive way. They kept me informed and contacted me for all issues relating to my new purchase. This communication was the most important part of this sometimes overwhelming process. Safar his Assistant was polite and extremely supportive in how she kept me in touch with all the details of how and when. It was lovely to engage with such an extremely knowledgeable and polite young lady. To engage with a Real Estate Team who have this inherent skill when dealing in the public domain made my house buying an incredible easy and relaxed process. Thank you James and Safa.

James provided current information and market evidence in relation to our property and the market around us. We had offers within the first 24 hours of listing the property and had agreed on an Offer after our Open House. Our property was sold within a week of being listed. james originally got in contact with me ,telling me he had sold the property next door.i told him that i may sell when the tenants moved out. we kept in contact on a nonintrusive manner. when i decided to sell i found james well informed with the market puntuial,thougher and he kept me well informed with what was happening .i have sold a fair share of properties over the years and dealt with a lot of agents some good some bad.i couldnt fault james handling of the sale of my house and would highly recomend him to prospective sellers (top shelf)

James O’Donohue was also super helpful and understanding in the negotiation process.
