First of all, I would like to thank James and his Team (The Daniel Burrett Team) very much for helping us buying our first house ever in Australia. It has been a great experience to work with the Team for the last two months in relation to buying a property in Middle Ridge. We were impressed by the professional team work that James, Shaun, Daniel and Emma helped us to buy our property in Middle Ridge quite smoothly. Perhaps, likes many of the foreigners in Australia who want to buy a property, the first thing is that take a look around the real-estate market carefully and doing as much inspection as possible to gain experience and also to know a realisable agent/team to trust. Fortunately, it was our third house inspection and we met James & Daniel Team. Our offer was really respected regardless of far under the market price in the region. Well, this may be a small thing, but build up trust which is the thing not all real-estate agents. Shaun has been addressed all our questions and enquires very helpfully and professionally, especially during the negotiation process where the provided information and suggestions were critical to decide buying. During the contract period, it was also very professional and quick in the way they worked with my Solicitor to address all of our enquires. The price was reduced based on the actual quote to fix unexpected minor things suggested by the building inspector.
