James Packham has exceeded our expectations again and achieved a great result in the sale of our land at Eden Hills. The only criticism we have is what was happening in the background, we chose to use our own Conveyancer and she expressed concern at the lack of preparation and communication at settlement. It is great that Harcourts Brighton is smashing the sales however the attention to detail across the whole sales process could be improved.
