James Packham is a fantastic realtor. He is highly ethical, organized, and communicates very well. When he came to the first meeting, he was well prepared with comparable recent sales, an estimated break even point, and suggestions on how to maximize the property's value (surpassing our expectations significantly). He has amassed a fantastic team that includes other realtors (Declan Robertson was also great to work with), a great admin team, and wonderful contractor connections for any work that we wanted to get done before the sale (we had the house painted, landscaping done, and the property was staged). Everyone (including James and Declan) responded quickly and thoroughly to any questions or concerns we had along the way (often before we thought to ask due to good team dynamics and a well designed process). I would not hesitate to work with James, Declan, or anyone that James recommends in the future. I wish more realtors in this city conducted business they way James does.
