James initially impressed us with his attention to detail in relation to our property, providing some great, practical feedback about how to get it ready for sale. He also immediately had a clear idea of the best way to advertise and sell the property, taking into account the time of year, the local area and the place itself. James did not promise us the world but he did deliver it. I was most impressed with the after hours work James put in. He visted on public holidays and was around late at nights.
