Hi, I’m James Pauling, the Sales Director & Owner Operator of Marvel Real Estate. As one of the youngest agency owners operating in the Hunter/Newcastle Area, I began studying a Double Bachelor in Real Estate & Accounting at Griffith University in the Gold Coast. Not to long after, I held an Associate Role with a high performing agency offices in the North of Brisbane, helping to land my feet in the industry. My focus after spending time in the sun upstate, was getting back to my familiar climate here in the Hunter. Growing up in Port Macquarie, I remember thinking how close our two cities were when competing in sport as a kid & young man. Putting real thought into this career Im excited for - I had an idea. That before you decide to pick a dedicated passion you have to have a combination of skills and experience to really treasure and get perspective on that passion. With now the opportunity to use my full potential in this market, am I sure I have the chance to succeed in what I’m passionate about. Everyday I remind myself property is all about essence, to some its family, others security, and others opportunity. It makes me happy to understand and be apart of what grows the essence of families to homes, security to freedom and opportunity to success. What better place to encourage that growth then the Newcastle & Hunter Valley where the community believes in each other, and now more than ever I have the chance to work with my clients freely to best provide results
