I switched to Raywhite Peter Taylor after a period where I wasn’t getting responses to my requests. Working with Peter Taylor I felt I was being looked after and given the right advice. Also their rates are very reasonable. Although I accepted a sale below my expectation, I believe that is more to do with my personal belief rather than the market at the time of sale.

James was effective, generous and spontaneous in finding our buyer and managing the sale of our property. It was a fun as well as businesslike working with James - so much so that he's lined up for the next property sale already!

I first met James when I attended an open house inspection of a property he was selling in (Marshall Street) Surry Hills in August. He impressed me with his open, friendly manner & his keenness to assist my partner & I in our quest to find our new home. He was neither pushy nor overbearing, but kept in contact & provided information on new listings we may have been interested in. We did end up purchasing a property listed through BresicWhitney, though James was not the selling agent. Nonetheless, he was with us all the way, which I thought above & beyond. Therefore when the time came to sell my own property - though I had many other agents beating a path to my door - I selected James as my agent due to these qualities. On auction day when things weren't looking very promising at all, James & Gavin (the auctioneer) managed to not only sell my house, but achieved an excellent result.
