James kept true to his promise and didn’t palm me off to anyone in his team-he was active and at all inspections, calling me straight after they were finished to let me know how they went. If he couldn’t get through, he would leave me a detailed message that didn’t leave me with anxiety for the remainder of the weekend. The rest of his team were also of the same standard.
