We are first home buyers, but we are mature age first home buyers, ie we know our way around life but we are still pretty green in the area of purchasing property - where experience is everything. We have also encountered a lot of cocky/egotistical folk in the retail property market - not fun for the customer and ultimate end user. We found James' approach to be a breath of fresh air, when he didn't know the answer to something he said so, this actually builds more trust rather than faking it until you make it. I found James' casual and relaxed manner reassuring - I was never concerned about reaching out and asking questions. James was also very good at following up and maintaining good comms.
