Tried to sell our house a few times. Had to spend way to much in marketing considering. We also had our house rented through Hudson which I definitely don't recommend. He did what he had to to and got it sold but for something that should be exciting and a bit of a major moment it wasn't. Once it was done we barely heard from him again. Nearly 30k in commissions and not even a thankyou card.
