James was great at letting me know all the information about sale on a regular basis. I didn’t need to chase anything. James was also very helpful in providing advice on things to think about during a move as well.

It certainly is a pleasant change to deal with a real estate agent that doesn't behave like a car salesman. My previous experiences in relation to both buying and selling have been fairly negative, so much so that I almost didn't buy my last property. James was helpful without being pushy, had good local knowledge and answered all my questions without skipping a beat. He kept me updated on the purchase process and I never cringed once when I saw it was him calling (as you so often do with some agents!) I cannot recommend him as an agent highly enough.
