I met with a few agents prior to listing my property and James was by far the most prepared and just generally professional. Throughout the sales process he was a little concerned that the interest wasn't great however he pushed through and wasn't discouraged, rather he pushed harder. The auction was a great success with 4 bidders and we ended up over 150k over the reserve price. I'll be using James for my next sale and would recommend him to anyone.
