In the current market, it is geared for sellers. After 6 months of offers, open houses, and heart break - my partner and I were ready to give up. That was until we went to an open home of James’s. Pete and I sold 3 properties with James Rose within a 6 month period. We decided to give James a go at selling a bit of a stubborn property we had after meeting up with him. James was always a phone call away when we had any queries, always worked for our best interest and he has a special down to earth charm about him.
