He knew the solicitors handling the estate and was able to liaise with them on my behalf as I lived in a different city. James has sold two houses for me to date. He is a hardworking agent who achieved $25,000.00 more than other agents suggested i would receive for the sale of my first house. In a very tough market, James managed to sell my second house despite very tough competition. If you are going to sell a house then go no further than James.
