We met James and Michelle after a letter box drop in our street. We were initially impressed by their enthusiasm, friendliness and obvious love for their job and decided to put our property on the market. During the selling process we found them to be efficient without undue pressure. We were always informed of prospective buyers and were more than happy with the way negotiations proceeded. Whatever James said he was going to do was done on time and in a very professional yet friendly manner always keeping us well informed. Now we are trying to buy and again have been impressed by their willingness to listen and to try to find a property meeting all our criteria. We have found Michelle to be open, friendly and very willing to help. I certainly will recommend James as an agent whether buying or selling a property

James is a wonderful, compassionate, caring and reliable agent. He has a very high standard in all aspects of real estate. His knowledge of the area and what is for sale is amazing, he really does his homework to get you the best price possible, his attention to detail in all areas was fantastic. He qualifies buyers and makes sure that they have finance etc in place before putting an offer on the property which saves a lot of worry and stress etc. I found James answered all my questions really well with understanding, consideration and impeccable local knowledge, nothing was a bother to him and he returned calls etc promptly. I would highly recommend James to anyone that wishes to sell or buy a property in the future.
