My thoughts on Real-estate sales agents until this point in my life, has always had a very negative feeling associated with them, more the feeling you get from a second hand car dealer, I must admit, these feelings have come about by Chinese Whispers in the most part, UNTIL, we meet James Simadas. James and the team at Chapmans Blaxland NSW had to endure more hurdles than one would expect to be considered reasonable. James' advice on the sale timing and strategy was great, right from the start. Chapman Real Estate was very effective as my property manager, so I decided to give them a go with the sale. That turned out to be a good decision, as James clearly knew the market. A highly recommended agent, and very easy to deal with.
