James Simadas - Highly Recommended

We have recently sold our house through Chapman Real Estate and James Simadas was our agent of choice. We had previously purchased another property through James. From the outset James was frank & honest with us, stating that while our property was well maintained and a very desirable residence, it would need a buyer (or buyers) that were looking for something special and that it might take some time to sell. James is very thorough and kept us well advised of inspection numbers, prospective buyers throughout the process. While at one stage, we were considering lowering our price range, James counselled us to "hold our nerve" for a bit longer. This proved to be very valuable as he was able to bring two clients through in the next week, both of whom made offers (& one was the eventual purchaser).
