James gave us excellent service throughout the process of selling our house. He made recommendations for necessary improvements to bring an ageing house up to spec and consulted with us throughout the selling process. We had marketed the house as the housing market could crashed and there were some limitations that would deter some buyers. Having brought the house up to spec the house was very highly attracting interest online. Unfortunately the banks tightened up on lending at th same time so prospective buyers failed to get the necessary finance. James ran nearly 50 opens over our selling period and gave us feedback on every occasion about the clients who came through and which of those clients he would follow up. We used a range of sales and marketing strategies and while we had to face the reality of having to drop our price in the waning market, this was always done strategically and with thorough discussion and without pressure. The result was a sale at the best price we could achieve given the market and banking forces and we were extremely grateful for the excellent service James provided throughout and we celebrated the sale with him.
