James was very positive, informative, supportive and professional.

A rigorous process was undertaken to find the right agent to sell our dad's house as a deceased estate. Any of the six agents who submitted proposals could have sold the property, but James was the first to recommend an auction to sell the beachfront property. He was also the most expensive in commission, however we were able to negotiate a mutually satisfactory agreement with no trouble. James was also realistic in his appraisal of the property. Some (but not all) had indicated a higher sale price. It was all an unknown because of the location of the property. After asking around, there was other positive feedback from others who had used his services. That, and 'gut' feel, was why we went with James. We were able to help each other get a good outcome, with, I'd have to say, an absolute minimum of fuss. There were a couple of very small issues that I discussed personally with James after the process was completed. This is the only reason it is not 5 stars. Would have no hesitation in recommending him to sell your house. I might add, that I was impressed with all the REAs and other professional staff I spoke with on the Eyre Peninsula pertaining to the sale.throughout

Initial pricing I believe was ambitious. They did a good job after the price range was revised to a realistic price bracket.
