James sold our house within the expected range and expected timeframe. His communication throughout the process was excellent and the property was well photographed, marketed and opened to the public and privately on a large number of occasions. Due to a number of factors our property settled at the lower end of the quoted range and the sale/auction/offer/settlement process wasn't perfect, but James was in constant contact and did the best he could with potential purchasers.
