We really enjoyed working with James during the process of selling our house. When he first came to our home James gave honest feedback and quality suggestions about what improvements we could make, and had a clear sales strategy which was reflective of the market climate and buyer pool. James is also a great communicator who kept us well informed throughout the sale process, and worked hard following up potential buyers. We were really happy with the result of our sale (over a week prior to auction) and James made it a really smooth process. We would highly recommend James to other potential sellers.
