During the sale process, he constantly updated us after each viewing and provided his assessments. What was most surprising and delightful was that he got the property sold within two months despite it being a 'low season' for purchases AND at our expected price ! And also ahead of those other units in the same development that had been placed for sale months before ours. We were very happy with the outcome and appreciate James' professionalism and we highly recommend James.
