James made selling our property far easier than we expected. He was flexible around our schedule while still staying fully committed to getting the house sold. His advice on the price range was spot on, matching exactly what the property ended up selling for. Throughout the whole process, his communication was excellent — keeping us updated on interested buyers and being honest about those who weren’t. We also had issues with council certification, and both Lan and James stepped in, took control of the situation, and helped wherever they could using their connections. Overall, they made the whole experience much smoother than we anticipated.

James was easy to work with however communication at times was hit & miss. Changing agencies cost us the house we wanted however his previous principal put the nail in the coffin of that sale. Consistency with communication with buyers is key. Need to include both buyers in all communications. Found James called husband sometimes & then myself other times. Understand it is difficult to get both on the phone at same time but we did discuss conference calls at the beginning of our journey in selling & buying. I am sure as James grows in the industry he will gain more expertise & experience. Thank you James.
