Absolutely can not express the professionalism that James employed with trusting him to sell my mothers property. Especially given the stresses the family was going through settling mum into aged care. He took the worry away and was always honest and open with clear justification and reasons around any recommendations presented. James did everything he could to achieve the price we wanted. He kept us feeling motivated through winter home opens (unfortunately it's hard to sell a city and river view when all you can see is clouds and rain) Within 2 home opens in spring, he had sold it. I felt comfortable having him in my home and wasn't made to feel like I was being a pain if I ever needed to send him a text/email.

I researched the unit market for agents, and James name was one that came up among a few others. His name also came up in conversation down at the local dog park in an unsolicited manner, so asked that person questions about his service and the outcome. I chose to work with him as a result, and was not disappointed. He was realistic, efficient, transparent and kept in touch with me at every milestone (major and minor). There was a delay that could have jeopardised the settlement but his concern was for us and our outcome, rather than what he would get out of it.
