James did everything he could to achieve the price we wanted. He kept us feeling motivated through winter home opens (unfortunately it's hard to sell a city and river view when all you can see is clouds and rain) Within 2 home opens in spring, he had sold it. I felt comfortable having him in my home and wasn't made to feel like I was being a pain if I ever needed to send him a text/email.

I researched the unit market for agents, and James name was one that came up among a few others. His name also came up in conversation down at the local dog park in an unsolicited manner, so asked that person questions about his service and the outcome.
