We were very puzzled by James's reluctance to first present our opening offer. As the negotiations progressed James appeared too busy on several occasions to present our counter offers. Stating he was not free or too busy. In fact the last two offers were not added to the contract until the Sellers had accepted our final offer.

CONTRACT NEGOTIATION, PRESENTED AND ACCEPTED WITH IN HOURS, WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRIORITY OUR OFFER WAS GIVEN. HOWEVER ONCE THIS CONTRACT WAS ACCEPTED WE HAD VERY LITTLE COMMUNICATIONS, WE REALISED THE ONLY WAY TO COMMUNICATE WAS TO GO THROUGH THE OFFICE.
