When we attempted to put an offer on the property listed through James, he did not respond to our email, phone call or text for 6 days. Only after our agent, that sold our home the week before contacted him did he respond. He stated that he was on holiday! Once the offer was accepted, all requirements met and awaiting settlement we asked for another look to measure up for some of our furniture, this would be the second time that the wife had seen the property. James stated he would liaise with the sellers and come back to me. The next contact was by text 2 weeks later to arrange final inspection! Our experience was that James lacked professionalism. We would not engage him again nor recommend him to future potential buyers or sellers of real estate.

James has been our agent of choice in the family for over 10 years and we wouldn’t use anyone else.
