James did an excellent job selling our property

James did an excellent job selling our property. Outstanding communicator and throughout the whole process made us feel 100% confident that his methods would work and deliver what we needed and wanted. I have finally found a real estate agent who fully earned every dollar of his commission and couldn't recommend enough both James and his whole team.

Easy sale and a great price

Thanks to James for making the sale of my property as simple and easy as possible. As I am based abroad, the communication via phone and video chat was what I needed both to understand how my property compared to others and to see how my property presented - and that's what I got in buckets. James was able to find me a buyer on the first opportunity before we went to market and secure a great price, beyond where I had hoped to achieve. Happy to recommend James to anyone that asks. Judd.
