Thanks for asking for a review of James. Everyday I think how lucky we were to obtain this home, without meeting James it may never have happened. He was keen and friendly, had the answers to our questions, but remained discrete and non-pushy. He drove to Bayswater to get the contract signed, motivated, so I'm sure the vendors would be equally appreciative. He has followed up to see how we are going so not just finished when the cheques cleared. Thank you O'briens for employing him but mostly thank you James. I would recommend his services to anybody wishing to buy or sell their home. PS sorry this took so long, been a tad busy

James was a tireless worker who communicated extremely well with us.

Recently purchased a property and had the good fortune to deal with James. From the first conversation of what are expectations were and how we wanted to move forward with negotiations, James was articulate and concise with his dealings with both us and the vendor. After negotitiations we came to a figure we were happy with and this was due to the conversations James conducted with the vendor on our behalf. His communication was of the highest level to us and made himself available anytime to answer a query, organise a second viewing time and any other request or question we had. I would highly recommend James to anyone either selling or looking to purchase a property.

I can honestly say I have never received better customer service from anyone anywhere in my 37 years. James was amazing to deal with from day one. Amazing communication, reliable and so friendly. He went above and beyond in every aspect. All my questions were answered before I even had a chance to ask them! The true test comes when things go wrong, and unfortunately, through no fault of anyone our first buyer had to pull out at the last minute. James worked frantically behind the scenes to get the next offer up to the same amount before I really fully understood what happened. Even my 2 dogs who hate everyone loved him! James thank you for everything and helping me move closer to my family. I can't thank you, or recommend you highly enough. You're amazing!

From the very beginning to the end and beyond James has and still is supporting me. The auction was beyond my expectations, his professionalism and friendly nature made the whole experience easy. Now with a new chapter in my Life James is also helping me find somewhere else.
