James is very personable and enthusiastic. I had no hesitation in trusting him from the first meeting. He demonstrated extraordinary knowlege of the history of the apartment I was buying, the neighbours, even about the body corporate. He's also remarkably efficient - the contract of sale was printed, explained, signed and witnessed in what seemed like a matter of minutes. Best of all, James provided a total solution for me, not just selling me an apartment but referring me to other essential services like a local solicitor which was a godsend as I'm wasn't a local. If I sell or buy again in the future, James will be the first person I contact.

James is a very likable young man. One thing I must say though is his communication between him and I was not as I would have expected. Follow up calls to me were rare and I found myself having to call James on a regular basis to see what was happening. We had a couple of timewasters that asked for extension on extension for the financial approval then the potential buyers just dropped out of contract and this happened twice. A small issue but an important one was my mail. James had on several occasions advised me he had sent my.mail to my P O Box. I had not received one stick of mail and had to chase important documents because of this. I have never "lost" any mail previous to this. At the end of the day i had taken a hugely reduced price because of the extended period of the property was on the market. I was in real terms running two houses and was in financial difficulty and to achieve $168k for my property when the listed price was $190k was very disappointing

From day one James was enthusiastic, positive and attuned to getting a sale for me in a difficult market. In the end James was able to do a deal that both myself and the purchaser were happy with. I would recommend him to anyone that was looking for an honest , reliable and always positive agent.
