Selling during the COVID 19 pandemic with its ban on open-houses and on-site auctions was looking to be a challenge. However, from the first meeting prior to entering into an agency agreement James gave me confidence in his ability as a real estate agent. He quickly demonstrated his knowledge of the Oatley property market, provided property comparisons from recent sales and gave a frank assessment of the uncertainty of the current market conditions.
