James has a well earned reputation as a Real Estate Agent. He is a true professional. On top of that he is also a really nice person and made a stressful situation much easier for me. He estimated the reserve and in a difficult market was able to achieve just over that, on top of the latest interest rate rate rise. I would not hesitate to recommend highly James or Emily, who also played a part in the sale. The years of experience mean that you can entrust your property sale with James.
