Always kept you up to date with number of people interested and their comments. Very professional, always willing to show through property outside open house times. Good market knowledge realistic price expectations. Advised us on best way to go re painting, styling etc. Would recommend James, Emily and the rest of the team at PRD Oatley.
very lovely experience to purchase property from PRD Oatley, very professional team, very patient and helpful. Dean and Jacob are also lovely, we all like their sense of humor.
James and Emily where very knowledgeable about the local area and the state of the market at the time. They were lovely to work with and achieved a great result for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
James was a pleasure to work with. His humble and personal nature was sincerely appreciated. He remain committed throughout the process and strived to deliver the best possible outcome, despite the challenging market conditions. James remained in regular contact to provide the most up to date information and always shared his honest, genuine feedback along the way. Highly recommend James to anyone!
James went above and beyond for us, especially with the torrential downpour on auction day. He was an absolute professional from start to finish and we were able to get price we were happy with during difficult market conditions. He also offered some advice for our future purchase as well. Highly recommended local agent who knows the area and community very well
Many thanks James to you and your troops.
Sold a home unit through PRD and James Walters. James has excellent knowledge of the local area with more than 30 years experience in real estate. I took on board James suggestions in respect to how the property would be marketed and we had a buyer in under 4 weeks. He is, as mentioned knowledgeable, polite and very efficient - he provided regular updates, both by email and telephone, to unsure I was kept fully informed. I would not hesitate to recommend James Walters and PRD Nationwide Realty Oatley.
I found James to be very helpful with the selling of my property , answering all my questions satisfactory not pushing me into any thing I was not comfortable with.Very happy with all the advertising of the property. Giving the right advice on the reserve price. Would recommend James to sell your property.
The whole purchase experience with the PDR Team was great, stress free and so professional . Emily constantly keeping me in the loop through the whole process and nothing was too much trouble! Haley managing the rental of the property has been outstanding and a pleasure to deal with!
We were very pleased with all the varied marketing aspects, the feedback, the numbers thru Open house, 8 registered bidders & a great result on the day. This flew in the face of negative media reporting on how the market was going. Experience & integrity is very evident when dealing with James.
We couldn’t be happier with the professionalism of both James ,Emily and the staff of PRD - I have no doubt our outcome would not have had the positive outcome without the PRD team - their knowledge was spot on !! I highly recommend the extended team ie auctioneer right through to Connie the stylist and more were fabulous!! Mark out of 10 ? - 10 !!!!!
